Program Overview

Our Toddler Program is a play-based program which focuses on the child's language skills, social skills, and self-help skills as well as providing each child with the foundation for a positive self-image. The program uses developmentally appropriate practices incorporating structured and unstructured activities and positive discipline techniques to reach these goals.

Kreative Kidz outdoor classroom is where children of every age group get to experience nature in fun, new ways that inspire learning and creativity. Outdoor learning provides children with opportunities for exploration, creative thinking, risk taking, using their senses, and most importantly, hands on learning through play. Time spent outdoors regulates mood and benefits physical health, but what we call our outdoor classroom is the heart of Kreative Kidz offers so much more.

• There is time for expanding outward to develop the physical body, develop imaginative skills and deepen the connection with nature.... run, climb, build, explore and create!

• Gardens where kids tend to put hands-on learning into action, teach life cycles firsthand, and inspire an appreciation of nature.

• A focus on all-natural elements connects your child to nature's serenity, and shaded areas are cool places to enjoy free play.

• A sandbox loaded with tools, along with water, lets children measure, sift, pour, and press, introducing them to cause and effect and basic math concepts.

• A mud box which invites hands-on, sensorial play, sparking brain connections, and an understanding of nature's elements.

• A dedicated area with puzzles, blocks, and magnets exercises fine motor skills and spatial concepts while inviting creativity.

• A writing and art area loaded with books, and opportunities for dramatic play is a place to get lost in ideas, expression, and imagination.
